anyway here is vax! he's up on the roof after all of that, because of course he is, like a broody birdy. sitting on the railing, he glances back when he hears footsteps, though, and gives roxana a little nod. ]

There were names given, but it's hard for me to put a finger on a name. There are only so many people who are strong enough to move him, if the two gumballs used were the plant one from Buzen and the one to make the gun.

It's a wretched combination. I want to believe the Prism released whoever went after 9S, but there's no way of knowing until next week, is there?

this makes him actually laugh? help. it's the why-the-hell-are-we-stuck-in-this-ridiculous-situation kind of laugh, the kind you can't help. a sort of wryness to it, as he drops his head and then lifts it again. nine hells. ]

he's quiet for a minute, glancing out at the stars for a little longer, and then turns to actually look at roxana. ]

Might be a better story, after such a shit night. [ because what else can they do right now, but pick up the pieces and wait until ryza destroys us all sunday ] I can make a fool of myself well enough for a distraction.

[ It takes a moment, but she smiles at him when he turns to look at her. It's small but it's more genuine than any other smile she's given tonight. ]
