But he's here! Just to restock on some stuff, since he's going to be spending the night patrolling and just generally being on his guard and doing sword things. He hasn't experienced refraction before, himself, but he can figure out where this is going and what it means, and he knows they're pressed for time.]

I wasn't expecting him to try to make everyone refract. Taking over the Prism, yes, but not quite like this.

[He also didn't think it'd be this sort of turn! Yikes! Watching the residents forced into refraction was, uhhhhhh horrific. But also not something he's unable to handle, and not something he's unprepared to stand against.

The signs of slow refraction in the rest of them leave him extremely unnerved, though.]

They're both terrible options, but there isn't absolutely nothing they can do. She has to believe in that.

If it came from the prism, it might actually be pretty useful. Considering the gumballs this place has been giving out this week, I'm pretty sure it wants us to get that guy the hell outta here... But I have no idea where to start with trying to interpret it, either.

The gumball I received after coming back is odd. I'm not sure how it plays into all of this outside of implying color is needed.

Mm... I'd rather help fight if we're gonna need combat units, which I'm preeetty sure we are, but... if we need a unit to try making contact with the prism, I don't mind. Riff did say from the start that we're pretty similar to it, and apparently it reflects more from us than from others.

If we need to divide and conquer, it'd be best to keep people where they excel.

[ Swords should be swords. Not that she doesn't think the swords can't be good in other areas, but minmaxing is ideal when they don't know what's up. ]

We need to be flexible, but it is easier to adapt when people are already doing what's more natural for them to do.
